KEYNOTE SPEECH: GLOBAL ETHANOL SUMMIT

October 16, 2023

Agriculture has always been about doing more with less. Ethanol's improved carbon footprint, with carbon capture being the key, creates new market opportunities. These are the takeaways attendees of the U.S. Grain Council's Global Ethanal Summit gathered from Bruce Rastetter's keynote speech.

Rastetter captured the attention of the audience as he shared how agriculture and ethanol are well positioned to continue to decarbonize fueling growth. The combination of improved technology, yields, and sustainability practices open a unique market for carbon capture and sustainable aviation fuel.

Representatives from over 40 countries gathered in the greater Washington D.C. area to attend the 2023 Global Ethanol Summit hosted by the U.S. Grains Council. The three-day event allowed for networking and engaging sessions focused on decarbonization.
