In 2023, Summit announced the creation of JetBio, a sustainable aviation fuel production platform.
JetBio is developing the world’s largest Ethanol-to-Jet production facility utilizing leading technology in response to growing global demand and incentives.
The facility, to be located in Paulínia, São Paulo, will utilize Honeywell UOP’s ethanol-to-jet process technology to provide low-carbon jet fuel to the 100 billion gallon per year global market to reduce the industry’s carbon footprint.
